- well defined with contrast CT
Pathology
- encapsulated, hypervascular and hypercellular
Surgery
- looks blue at surgery
- must be completely excised because it can recur and be malignant
- benign-appearing lesions may become cancerous, recur and metastasize, while histologically "malignant" lesions may remain localized
